So, we got the results of the 3rd scan yesterday, and it’s not good. The cancer grew 14% from (baseline – 13%) at the previous scan to (baseline + 14%) [1], meaning that Pembro alone is not working (I had to stop Axitinib right after the previous scan). No metastasis in new organs though (the positive side), but an aggressive growth (number and size) in lungs metastasis and affected lymph nodes. We discussed options with my oncologist, and are ready for Plan B.

Pain, pain, go away 🎶
Tomorrow, I’ll have the results of my 24 weeks scan (done last Wednesday with my Pembro injection), and I’m not expecting any good news.
